The race to recruit a credible third party challenger to Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton is on. But the hang up at this point: who will actually run?
All sorts of names some more serious than others have been floated by disaffected conservatives after Trump became the presumptive Republican nominee this week.
There are lawmakers: Nebraska Sen. Ben Sasse, former Oklahoma Sen. Tom Coburn and Arkansas Sen. Tom Cotton
There are generals: retired United States Marine Corps General James Mattis, retired Army General Ray Odierno and retired Army General Stanley McChrystal.

This is pathetic. Is Hillary paying them to do this? Surely they have to realize, that it will only ensure a Hillary victory.

Is this really a conservative effort?

They are trying to avoid the electric chair.
The depths of what they have done is treason and murder... of americans.
Were they to lose power they would also lose the power to keep data about their damnable actions to destroy this nation and support the new word order would cost them their lives, power and families.
Trump will have to more than win an election. This is really the outset of a war on America, that has just begun to be exposed.

One more interesting paragraph in the article:
“And there are some former Republican presidential candidates, including 2012 nominee Mitt Romney and Texas Sen. Rick Perry (though the buzz for Perry died down after he endorsed Trump Thursday).”

Sounds like the so called “conservatives” are bustin’ their asses trying to get Clinton in the White House. I saw where they’ve already started a Cruz Write In website. Retards. They’ll really feel good about themselves when we’re stuck with eight years of that naggin’ biatch.

Unfortunately, I think the conservative movement has been infiltrated by Dems in conservative clothing, who work to split conservatives and Republicans, because they found that can work to the advantage of the Democrats.

It's all being led by Bill (little man) Kristol and Rich Lowry. Kristol keeps tweeting crap to Sasse and Sasse is loving the attention.
I think Kristol is just doing it all to try to get attention to the dying NRO. Lowry is following him, but isn't as obnoxious about it. Add The Weekly Standard guys to the list of hacks. It sure makes you wonder how much money the GOP/RNC has been giving these guys to push agendas. They sure as heck are scared of Trump for some reason.
They can spout all they want about Trump not being "conservative" enough ...but they never did this crap about McCain or Romney...and they don't fight Obama. Has to be one reason...MONEY.
Our tax dollars have been spent for all of these guys...funding their little magazines, websites, radio shows, etc.

The entire Establishment is going to go hammer and tongs against Mr. Trump.
Voters care enough to turn up and vote for Trump, for GOPers not so much.

http://www.unz.com/article/trump-victorious-as-gop-transformed-into-a-national-conservative-party/ Theres nothing about Trumps message which is opposed to conservatism at its most primal level. Trump wants to preserve the cultural existence of the American nation-state. Conservatism Inc. defends conservatism as a word, but has utterly lost touch with the people they are supposed to defend. For all their invocations of principle, they appear entirely self-interested and corrupt. Now, the Republican base has caught on. They have chosen to displace the Beltway Right entirely. And they dont want the same old goofy slogansbut a nationalist movement that will actually fight for them. Its about time. After all, the conservative movement cant say they werent warned.

Trump has come as a surprise and because of that, things are a lot more transparent.
Maybe even panic mode.

Word, bro.
What remains to be seen is how far Trump is willing/able to go in exposing the incredible excrement we know exists in the United States Government.
