The collapse was 100% the fault of government guaranteed mortgages made to non credit worthy that were never paid back. Everyone that owned that crap loan had a government guaranty!!!You wouldn’t buy a government guaranteed mortgage secured by real estate AND the government guaranty and 10% secured by AIG PMI insurance?
