Just an educated guess, from simply open source research that I do, Presidents are only read in to what the ‘desks’ believe necessary. No President is ever fully pulled. It’s not necessary. Trump will only get a dusting with a few “CAPD” read ins.... Likely, the CAPD will focus on the constitutional rules of crisis related events in order to prep for a post election national emergency and post inaugural emergency event.

CAPD? Is dialysis that big of a deal? And that’s rich, the government explaining the constitutional rules.

Probably true. And as the owner of several small businesses over the years, I have learned - often painfully - that it is necessary for the one at the helm to periodically do granular investigation of what the desk or the manager or administrator is actually doing.

I’m sure Trump knows that.
