To “misspeak” would be to accidentally blurt out “$hit” when you meant to say “shut”. But no one “misspeaks” a whole paragraph.

If they do, they’re not totally in control of their faculties.

Doing a little sidestep is more like it.

Same goes for the “out of context” meme.

They’re both liberal excuses for getting caught in a lie! They “misspeak” a lot!

It’s liberal talk media for making excuses for Hillary when she flips on what she’s said before. IOW, it’s the liberal version of telling a lie.

Since lying is their default position, mis-speaking usually means they’ve been caught telling the truth.
