On Jake Tapper’s (horrible) show, at about 4:03 pm, they reported a rumor that Rob Portman, Susanna Martinez and Nikki Haley were at the top of the list of people under consideration. At 4:05 pm they reported that Portman was not interested. Don’t know who floated that trial balloon but I doubt any of those three will be his running mate.
I don’t believe for a minute that Mr. Trump would consider any of those three!

Martinez would be a smart choice, being a female Hispanic. I admit I don’t know much else about her.
Nikki Haley was seen as a potential VP for Jeb, Ted, Marco etc...but she was pretty vehemently against Trump. No way he’s taking her.
