The Current Occupant has not been up to the job. If it were not for his Muslim and Communist handlers (I believe they alternate in delivering “the Word” to the Current Occupant), he would not even have the right stuff on his teleprompters when he gets up to give an address. He certainly could not think his way through most of the crises that have come up under his watch. He simply is not that smart.
But for his assessment that The Donald is “not qualified”, well, that is just another statement that has been put in his mouth by his handlers.
