Do it for the cookies? The Danes are taxed at around 60% to pay for all the free stuff. So I’ve been told by my relatives there.

Typical pair of jeans: $125.
Normal collared business shirt: $75.

That tin of cookies probably costs over $20. there.

This was in 2005. I worked on a cruise ship and visited at least 9 times. Ordinary things were just jaw-dropping expensive.

I didn’t find the women exceptionally knockout, they were rather ordinary. For hotties, you go to Estonia.

Forget the cookies - it’s the fresh pastries you want. There’s a reason they’re called Danishes. They’re just better there than anywhere else in the world. True fact.
