Thanks for posting the article . This is a good reminder to tell my company that we need to increase the travel time estimate that we give the customers that we charge on a time and expense basis. For the leisure travels, this is just a PITA. For the business travelers, there is a significant cost associated with this that ultimately gets passed on to the consumers.
I’ve been flying for 15-20 years, and have never had a client get charged for travel time! And that’s on T&E projects too.
