It's not their fault taxpayers don't understand the rules.

A lot of these alphabet organizations in the US federal government are completely lawless because they were never authorized by Congress. Because of that they are technically exempt from oversight as they shouldn’t exist and technically don’t have real authority. That is how they get away with their lawlessness. Trump needs to become President and actually do away with some of these organizations beginning with every Czar who act as a surrogate Congress. I know people have stated this is impossible because of government unions and contracts and government lawyers. Even Reagan never downsized Federal government. In fact it doubled in size under his watch. I don;t care what people say.. Trump could fire or dismiss them with some kind of severance package and hold his ground and it could be done. Unfortunately the complete weight of the GOPe would likely come down against him on anything to do with cutting any Federal government job or agency.
