I think that kind of bathroom should be like some of the far eastern ones I’ve seen. Two footprints and a hole in the floor. That kind of bathroom is used a lot in public places in Europe, as well.
All I can say is, women do not have good aim...

The better ones that I used in Asia, are a combo of squat toilet and shower.
The only issue I had with them is, you must maintain situational awareness of your feet.
A very economical use of space.

Every restaurant I visited on the famed "Isle d'Cite" in Paris, featured the two footprints and hole in the floor facility!
To say I was shocked, shocked, was an understatement!
