If Cruz had lost in this campaign, I thought he would be positioned well for a future run. I believe he is ruining that. It seems the more people get to know him, the less they like.

I don't think he'll be able to keep his seat in the Senate. He'll be primaried, or enough people will withhold their votes from him that a Dem will win.

Sometimes someone, a good man or woman, fights a good fight with all he or she can and still loses. Then the time comes for a mature person to swallow the biter pill, fold up the tent, and make the best possible deal. Ted reached that point when Trump skunked him in the entire NE and he got mathematically eliminated. All he's doing now is making a total fool of himself, obliterating any chance he might have to serve in a Trump administration, and jeopardizing our chance to defeat the Witch.
