I think New York did him in. Had Cruz been able to pick off a couple of congressional districts then he could have claimed he could win on a second ballot situation. But getting shut out showed the money men that Cruz's chances had come and gone. Last night was just another nail in the coffin.
Cruz is a frustrated lone wolf.....you got the feeling he’s using the presidency to find his human potential.
He’s cravenly opportunistic ....to him Americans are commodities.
He will advance himself at the expense of others.
Not a nice guy, by any means.
