Not sure what he is going to announce but no doubt it will have some kind of an impact. Yes it sounds desperate but this is what the situation calls for. Probably fair to say the next two weeks are nut cuttin time. Pure speculation: I would guess that it might be a big endorsement. Or that Kasich is endorsing Cruz and dropping out of the race.
