Switzerland Readies Military In Preparation For A New Wave Of Migrants

When my wife and I stayed with in the village of Frutigen at the home of her childhood friend and husband, both Swiss nationals we went for a walk in the woods behind the house. It was very pretty greenery and walking trail beside a creek. As we ascended the trail we came to a large steel blast door in the mountain that was closed with a large circular mechanism like you see on a submarine. You couldn't see it until you were right up on it. It was covered with military markings.

Our friend says that it was one of several entrances to the mountain behind her house and that the mountain was part of fortress complex that was used 1-2 times a year in military exercises. The complex reminded me of Erebor, the mountain fortress of Dwarves. The Swiss were amazing. Anyone who had any ideas of forcing entry into Switzerland would be in for a real nasty surprise
