If that happens, will Trump be given the rules so that he, and the rest of us, can be assured that there will be no perception of fraud this time?

you honestly think he wasn’t given the rules?
As Rush Limbaugh himself admitted, the "rules" were put in place last August to "grease the skids" for the GOPe's designated insider, and to specifically exclude "outsider" threats.
It simply turned out to be the case that, after all the insider candidates were squashed like insect by Donald Trump, the GOPe had to designate Ted Cruz as the darling insider.
Thus, Cruz was enabled, by the party apparatchiks and their manipulation of the process, both formally and informally, to steal all the delegates.
Rush Limbaugh himself admitted that this "greased skids" scheme was what benefited Cruz, and not some great "ground game".
Vote Trump
I'm going to assume that Trump was given the rules. What I'm not assuming is that Trump knew that regardless of how people voted, that all the delegates would be awarded to Cruz. I'm making the second assumption because Cage herself is suggesting that grave mistakes were made and that there was an appearance of fraud, and that the caucus would have to be done over.
My question to you then is this: If Trump was given the rules, why is there the suggestion that the caucus is going to have to be done again?
He was given rules, just not the ones that were actually used.
