Immigrants come in from failed cultures and then work to suck the host culture down.
Diversity is, indeed, a catch word for social deconstruction. The concept of a melting pot is to bring every member into a common cultural experience. Diversity does not hold the host culture higher than its most despicable interloper. It is simply a communist (read “statist”) ploy to destroy culture.
