Well put. Probably not many upstanding citizens among rapists and murderers.

BTW, I'm TIRED of "ex-felon" being used!

These guys may be ex-cons, but the felony is forever.

It's not "erased" by leaving prison.

Once a felon, always a felon. A high percentage of felons commit more crimes.
