Pennsylvania is rarely a factor in the GOP presidential primary race considering it's late date in the primary season. However, due to the close nature of this year's delegate count the commonwealth is poised to play a critical roll in deciding who will carry the Republican standard into the election.
A total of 71 delegates will be sent to the convention in July, three unbound delegates for each of Pennsylvania's 18 congressional districts, as well as 17 extra delegatesincluding the state party chairman, Rob Gleason, Pennsylvania's two national GOP committee members and 14 picked in May by party leaderswho are required to vote for the winner of Pennsylvania's statewide primary election on the first convention ballot.
Since only 17 of the 71 delegates are required to vote for the winner of the statewide vote, the statewide vote is largely meaningless.
On a district level, a total of 162 people who are running to be a GOP convention delegate will be on Pennsylvania's primary ballot. They are unbound and, in many cases, fairly anonymous individuals. Without having done research ahead of time, it is possible for a Pennsylvania voter to vote for Ted Cruz in the state-wide election, and vote for delegates who will vote for Trump or Kasich at the convention.
As a public service, Hannity.com is providing a guide for Pennsylvania voters. Find your district below to learn who each delegate candidate plans on supporting.

Cruz shouldn’t have picked a fight with Hannity.
Max, you are so right. Very bad move.
We’re finding out who the REAL whiner in this primary race is, now. Mr. D E S P E R A T E.
His whole campaign is reduced to “Donald TRUMP” in his head really bad. All you hear is Donald this and Donald that. His people are even nodding off. LOL!
Bump
I can not get to see the list, but it seems you are correct. Hannity is providing a voters guide...
I wish Trump had people like me ready to call or write cards to all the previously ID’d Trump supporters with district information.
Offices were not opened by the party so they closed after the primary...new people without experience ! They expect to open again after the convention...Not a complete ground game for sure.
Thanks. I just printed out 3 copies to pass out to my family and I.
10th District Williamsport/Northeastern Pennsylvania

Are you in PA? Print copies, pass them out far and wide, give everyone you know the URL, and tell them to do the same, and so on...
Cruz shouldnt have picked a fight with Hannity.
*******************************************
He didn’t. Hannity has been in the tank for Trump for months! Hannity kept interrupting Cruz while he was attempting to answer the question asked by Sean.
I spoke to two delegates in my district in PA, the 10th district, John Wells and Ryan Belz. They have both been life long trump supporters. They are on Hannitys list, but for some reason aren’t on Trumps website where he lists his delegates, he has 3 other names only...really odd.
And to make it even stranger, I got a mailer from a Kasich PAC that had 3 names for my district they want me to vote for, and two of the names are in Hannitys list as Trump supporters.
So did someone screw up? I’m going to call these other ones myself and find out what’s going on.
I uploaded the images if anyone wants to see what I’m talking here.
Several years ago, Hannity decided to put out a primary guide to distinguish conservatives from establishment. I was involved in the local race where he made the call for the most establishment candidate in the race at the time.
The real question, then and as you note now, is where does the information come from?
There’s ways to influence that as well.
Also. Nobody puts much stock in those things. I doubt it’ll sway the votes of the local CD delegates who are all party regulars and have personal relationships with the delegate candidates also party regulars.
At least, not in the way that an official recommendation from a candidate would. If Trump is going to move ground in PA, it’s got to come from Manafort, not Hannity.
I’m also in the 10th district in PA. I don’t see the delegate guide on Trump’s website.
There is this other guide from the Allentown Morning Call.
It only lists 3 choices for Trump. Hannity’s list has 6 choices. Cruz only has 1 on Hannity’s and it’s a write in. Nothing for Cruz in the Allentown paper.

FWIW, Re Pat Saylor of District 10:
Pat Saylor, of Beavertown, has been to every Republican National Convention since 1976, and has been a District 10 delegate for the past three.
I am an uncommitted delegate, she said Thursday evening. Those are the rules set up by the state committee. Whats different this year is the 17 delegates bound to vote for the popular vote-winner. It wasnt that way four years ago, when there was no rule binding delegates to the leading vote-getter.
He expects the Mark Levin and Glen Beck type of support from Sean.
In the 18th District, Delegates Justin DePlato, John Petrarca, Thomas J. Uram are all Trump supporters.
Trump's people need to get on this as soon as possible...
HOHOHOHOHOHOHO! And a BWAHAHAHAHAHA!
That would be the fault of Corey L. He even blocked people who would try to go to Trump with concerns. He has his good points, but he wanted to be THE guy.
Great!
Great!
