Not for me. As a conservative, I want someone who is going to fight for the unborn.

What a bunch of crap.
He’s big time NYC liberal.
Get a clue!

At this point ideology isn’t as important as getting someone who will buck the current establishment elitists and end their total control of both parties. If that doesn’t happen then nothing will change except the continued disintegration of our republic.

This article was written before Trump’s remarks about the same sex bathrooms and the North Carolina law. Trump is no culture warrior.
Trump is non-ideological. His positions on culture are driven by what is popular. That is the very reason that the Libertarians have adopted him. trump,is the ultimate, go along to get along kind of guy on social issues. He just doesn’t care.
Trump’s remarks about North Carolina law were that it cost the state money to oppose the same sex bathrooms.

For decades, the institutional Right has ceded American culture to the Left... partially a denial of how swiftly the culture has moved Left, leaving the institutional Right under the false impression it is still fighting the culture war of the 90's.... The Right's obsession with... battles over sex, drugs, and rock and roll is... a self-inflicted wound that ignored how the Left used the culture to repeatedly make the case for their vision of an ideal society. We now know the Left won that war... Trump represents the first candidate for whom success could only come after a culture war apocalypse.

The left uses EVERTHING IT CAN IMAGINE to split and cause division within the opposing voters.
That is how they roll.
The right falls for it each time.
It is a predictable as Lucy's football move.

A culture warrior who thinks men should be able to use the ladies’ room? Color me sceptical.

Once again, the presidential election boils down to the lesser of two evils argument. Wasn’t Trump supposed to be the solution to the same old?
I’m sick of this. No point in voting anymore.

The point of this article for me is that Trump assessed and understands the culture. He simultaneous must fight the establishment IN ORDER to become president and re-focus the nation politically (domestic and international), economically, and socially. I personally accept brash truth than soothing lies. The fight is long and hard against his plitical foes as well as those hurting conservatives that have given up trust... unless the candidate falsely misuses conservative language to deceive the public, i.e. evangelical Cruz

In other words, you have to have a FIGHTER who WILL take the fight to his opponent. The Donald can do it.

My father: Total patriot, WWII vet, &TRUE t ithing Christian (yet owning only one suit with holes in the soles of his church shoes would say:
“You cannot legislate morality. I am NOT voting for a minister. God is the judge over each one of us. I votre for the person I can trust”
I trust Trump. Also, Trump’s naughty language does not bother me as my blue-collar principled father also used salty language. :D

You cannot answer rhetoric (name calling) with dialectics (fact-based search for the truth).
Rhetoric (”sexist, racist, anti-gay”) is just a punch in the face. The only productive response is to punch back twice as hard.
If you fall into dialectics (”democrats are the real racists”), you inspire only contempt, and your defeat is certain.

In the future, please do not put the words ‘Trump’ and ‘intellectual’ in the same sentence.
