I thought the right to privacy was the basis of Roe v Wade. This could get interesting.

The right to privacy invoked in Roe v. Wade was not the privacy of the woman, but actually that of the doctor performing the procedure who, it was purported, would be professionally ruined and shunned if knowledge of his actions was widely known.

It never had anything to do with a woman’s privacy.
