NBA commissioner Adam Silver hinted Thursday that the league will move its 2017 All-Star Game out of Charlotte if North Carolina does not change a recent anti-transgender law.

Unfortunately, if I had to bet, I would bet that politicians in North Carolina give in before the NBA gives in.
It is NOT anti-gender.
It is PRO Gender.
The dumbasses on the left who don’t mind if everyone gets flashed by weeny waggers who go “oops” while standing in front of your little girl in a dress don’t give a crap.
Humans are born either male or female and should potty accordingly.
Failure to formally accommodate the mentally confused is NOT “anti” anything.
Sue the hell out of them and own the NBA.
There sure are too many organizations out there being controlled by peverts.
Here’s the deal Mr Silver: you run your league full of athletes whose openly stated goal is to avoid as much of college as they can, and the people of sovereign NC will get on with having their duly elected legislature codify the will of the people.
The last thing NC or any other state needs is a sports league commissioner ‘working behind the scenes to get the law changed.’
If NC declared that NBA baskets were worth five points you would object and/or overrule. The situation here is reversed which means your authority is nil.
I think they should take “gender” out of it completely. I don’t care if you identify as a can of WD-40, if you are a can of WD-40 with a penis you use the “penis” room, and if not you use the “no penis” room. I can’t wait to see the new signs on the doors.
What I can’t understand is the “blitzkreig” saturation bombing for things like this — letting grown men into the girls’ room used to result in jail time -— and widespread public disapproval for the “ dirty old man” who did it. Indeed, just “taking a peek” into the girls’ dressing room used to always get schoolboys the paddle Women used to be respected. WTH is going on nowadays that so much of society wants to treat women worse than farm animals?

The NBA all-star game is a nothing burger. It’s a pointless weekend that mostly brings in thugs. It looks good on TV because a bunch of celebrities fly in for the game and some parties. When it was hosted in Orlando, I was completely underwhelmed, thinking it would be a big weekend to enjoy.
