I suggest tearing your book of "rules" in half so you'll have something to plug both ears when Hillary takes the oath of office.
The simple fact is that the party can either accept Trump as the nominee or it will alienate the voters it needs to have any chance of victory.

Correct, they can accept donald as the nominee.
All that is required is that he must acquire 1237 delegates on the first or successive ballots......

Thought conservatives were for smaller government not more laws I don't really know - or care - what "conservatives" are for, or liberaltarians, either, for that matter. I'm all for laws that will punish "transgenders" for using the bathroom not assigned to them at birth.

When it’s true, it isn’t bragging. Trump has a gift for talking to ordinary people. All the other candidates did not have that gift, including the two “survivors’ who now have NO PATH to the nomination.
If you’re not for Trump, you are FOR continuing business as usual in Washington. Cruz has the Wrong supporters, Trump has the RIGHT enemies!

This nomination race is over and frankly the longer Cruz stays in this contest the more damage he does to his long term political career.
