Here's the thing, though...these laws WILL put "men" in women's bathrooms. A mentally ill woman, such as "Chaz Bono", would be forced to use the women's restroom under these laws. Are we willing to force "Chaz" to use the women's bathroom? Granted, "Chaz" is still a woman, but for all outward appearances, she's a "man".

We're arguing over which bathroom they should be using, when we should be trying to determine how to get them locked up in a mental institution.
