For the benefit of the academically deficient, this means 47% of them ARE “academically deficient,” at a place that doesn’t appear to have very high standards to start with.
Academically deficient, 47%. Hmm. Maybe Mitt Romney was on to something when he said 47% of the population would never vote Republican.
