If there exists a method to substitute delegates other than based on the popular vote, then it’s a corrupt system.

That means states that don’t allow voters to vote. States that have super delegates. It’s all corrupt.

Trump doesn’t bother to compete. He doesn’t have a competent team and he doesn’t like to work.

When he loses, he cries corruption and the echoes are heard all over Free Republic.

The vote in most states bounds the delegates on the first ballot.

If the candidate can’t get a majority on the first ballot, then the delegates decide.

Not much different than the electoral college. If the electors don’t reach a majority, they go home and Congress picks the President.
