If I were a minority, I’d be offended by her comments. She basically said that minorities are lazy, run late, aren’t goal oriented, etc.
If minorities/women aren’t offended by the open message of affirmative action policies (that they are inferior and it can’t even be remedied by half a century of lowered expectations), why would they take offense. They just want to get paid for being genetically inferior...
Sadly, you have described a significant percentage of my company’s minority hires in the last six months. Seems those just entering the workforce have taken this idiot’s lessons to heart.
