You know, back in 1996 the ChiComs were having similar problems on a regular basis. They even wiped out a couple of villages with errant missiles UNTIL Bubba Clinton, who was involved a hot contested re-election ran short of campaign funds. He "graciously" sent technical advisers to China with detailed plans and fixes to their missile and guidance technologies and, at the same time, his campaign received a VERY LARGE infusion of cash. Coincidence?

Now nuclear armed ChiCom ICBMs are ACCURATELY and RELIABLY aimed at American cities and military targets.
