Cruz is not weak but strong on both trade and immigration.

His stand on immigration is actually stricter than Donald's because Cruz will deport all the aliens and keep them out but Trump will readmit them according to some unarticulated standard as these illegals tickle his fancy. Trade has been a conservative position for decades. In any event, Cruz is opposed to TPP and will vote against it. It is Trump who presents the real danger to our economy through trade with his ham-handed approach which could start a trade war and cast the country into a depression.

Trump loves America? Trump loves Trump, to believe otherwise is to play the fool for Trump.

To accept that Trump who has been a Democrat, an Independent, and an eleventh hour pre-election Republican convert, who has been wrong because he has been on every side of every issue, who has financed Democrats and rinos who have fought against your position on immigration and trade is, again, to play the fool for Donald Trump. To deny that Ted Cruz is a conservative and has been a consistent conservative all his adult life even extending into his adolescence is preposterous.

One can redefine conservatism and wrap it around Donald Trump but it just ain't so and it won't fit.

Sorry. Cruz has supported both TAP and , in general,TPP. He lawyer danced big time on votes and support finally voting for cloture on TAP so it could pass even though he voted against it. That same cloture vote assures passage of TPP with a simple majority without Cruz’s support or vote.

Cruz will deport illegals, but up the numbers of legal visas to more than replace the deportees.

Sorry. Cruz just is not going to move away from a North American Union. He is a globalist and corporatist in dancing shoes.

All the way back to 93 Russell Kirk said this globalism corporatism is not conservatism.

How could it be? It is destructive.

Bull, Cruz wrote an op-ed in the WSJ urged congress to pass the job killing TPA/TPP. Stop with the lies.
