The number two Republican in the Senate charged Thursday that President Obama is "trying to influence the outcome" of the FBI investigation into Hillary Clinton's use of a private email server during her tenure at the State Department.
"Time and time again, the White House has projected its desired outcome of this investigation to the public, and worse, to those people conducting it," Texas Sen. John Cornyn said on the Senate floor Thursday afternoon.
The Senate majority whip has long called for a special counsel to take over the review of Clinton's email practices, but President Obama's latest defense of the Democratic presidential candidate sparked another warning that the Justice Department has a conflict-of-interest in the Clinton probe.
Obama praised Clinton last weekend during an interview with Fox News Sunday, and boosted her defense that some of the classified messages on her email account are categorized that way for bureaucratic reasons, and not because they raise real national security concerns.

No. It is time to win the election for President.
Never happen. The GOPe will not risk its cushy political and personal financial position(s). It is all they care about — they have proven that to all that care to look and listen.

Unfortunately for Hillary, Mr. Obama works on c.p. Time.
Cornyn is the RINO establishment. He will not back up his concerns of Obama with any muscle. Like all the other RINO scum he will acts all alarmed and dont do jack!
Something will happen. My guess is once the racketeering breaks, Obama will be up the proverbial creek. But he’ll have to do something to defuse the situation and prevent Trump from mainlining it all of the country and stop Sanders from making hay with it.
Hillary will need to go. The only credible solution is she gets so sick she has to drop out of the race. The White House can then stall and probably run Biden up a flag pole. They’ll need to do something to counter Sanders.
After that Obama can pardon Hillary in January on the way out of office. she then miraculously recovers.
Hillary will not get indicted, the investigation will go nowhere, she runs against “The Don” and thoroughly whips him, case closed. Oh, in the waning days of Zero’s reign, he pardons HRC in the name of unity.
