Fields’ bruises are ridiculous. Perhaps she has a blood disorder, that causes such bruising when touched. Thrombocytopenia? Or perhaps she is on warfarin.

Or perhaps she had her BF squeeze her arm for a minute so they could get a nice photo to use. Or, perhaps she got that from a bouncer while being ejected from some bar. Who knows.
I believe it is a simple case of scammery on the part of Fields. If I squeeze my lower arm, there will be red impressions visible for a few seconds after I take my hand away. This is normal. If I were to snap a photo just after releasing my arm from a decent grip, you would see red bruise-like impressions. But these do not persist. Try it out yourself.
