My private webserver gets banged every day by Chinese and Russian websites. The idea that Hillary’s webserver wasn’t compromised is ridiculous.
I used to run honeypots on my home gear learning about vectors of attack. Drop the firewall and the probes and attacks come pouring in within milli-seconds.
That e-mail server was fully compromised, no doubt about it.
