A judge on Tuesday refused to dismiss a second-degree murder charge against the illegal immigrant accused of fatally shooting a woman who was strolling on a city pier last summer in a case that sparked a national uproar over immigration policy.

Remember those old cold war movies where the professional torturer was brought in. They knew the most painful ways for humans to die. They could cause you immense pain, bring you to near death too. And you lived to experience it all.
Cases like this have me wondering if there are any of those types of folks still around.
Let this guy have a month or so of the realization of what he did to that young woman.
Then let the authorities and the press know where the body was.

I was once the victim of an attempted car jack. I stepped on the gas and dragged his ass, putting him in the emergency room. 6 weeks later I get the Police report and find out that they let him go and 2 days later he stabs 2 people. It did not happen in S.F. Our system serves only law enforcement and legal folks. Call it the Government legal/law enforcement complex.
