I stopped there.
I gotta hand it to Ted. He pulled off the best scam ever by morphing from a Bushie to a Tea Party candidate. No one even noticed.
In that pic Satan is saying to Christie, “Governor, welcome to your private hell. Nothing here to eat but carrot sticks, celery, rice cakes, fat free yogurt, plus kale, kale, and more kale, FOR ALL ETERNITY!!!!”
Well, that takes care of the Italian vote....
“Cruz told the conservative host”
Since when is Beck conservative?
I’m there with you. I was Cruz early on. I remember encouraging friends to listen to his announcement speech feeling that he was the answer. He has shown himself to be a POS of the highest order. For me, it is Trump either on the ballot in November or by write-in.
After watching Christie in the “hostage video”, standing behind Trump on the stage, we haven’t seen or heard much from him. I’ll bet Donald wishes he could say the same about Ben Carson, who seems to undermine Trump every time he opens his mouth.
Gawd, Crus is a POS.
“I hope Trump and Christie dont respond to this. Just let it go.
Why is that?”
Cruz is deliberately trying to provoke a response that the media can use against Trump.
Cruz and Beck just embarrassed themselves.
Don’t give ammo to the media.
Just like when Cruz released the picture of Trump’s wife.
Trump responded and the media went after Trump.
I think he’s back doing his job. Cruz should take a lesson.
“From what I hear that is the story of his like. Most people take an instant dislike to him. It saves them time.”
I tried to like him. Can’t. Oily Felito is loathsome, a neocon, and a religious fraud.
It’s kinda funny, kinda sad that Cruz and his supporters think that they’re making progress, rather than being used by Romney and Bush.
True. Ben has been less than helpful to the cause.
Cruz has good positions on the issues, and he talks about them a lot. That just doesn’t get reported in the media when they can talk about nonsense like how uncomfortable Christie looked standing behind Trump (true, but not terribly important).

I very much like the positions Cruz has taken on most issues. He has been almost completely consistent on those issues, and he has been an articulate advocate for conservative positions. I know there are those who have cherry picked single positions taken in the course of Senate debate (and taken those out of context) to show that hes not 100% consistent, but he has been one of the top three conservatives in the US Senate since he was elected.
Im still voting Trump because (1) I dont trust the establishment if the convention goes past the first ballot, and (2) I consider Trump more electable. However, Cruz would be an excellent and conservative president if he could win.
Cruz and Trump agree far more than 80% of the time (see my tagline from Ronald Reagan). They should be friends and allies, and we should treat both of them as such, whether or not they act that way when posturing for political reasons.
yes he did earn it
by defending the truth.
Cruz was hated by the GOPE long before the idea of pretending to be conservative entered the mind of Trump.
I genuinely hope that Trump proves capable to actually being a conservative.
There is tons of evidence against that idea.
Cruz is hated because he is conservative.
That is problematic because this is a conservative web site known as free republic.
Cruz has even convinced some worshipers here that he is also a “true conservative”.
Cruz. Such vitriol. I’m not going to vote for someone like that. I thought if he won, I could support him in the general, but ick. He won’t get the nomination anyway.
Isn’t that what George W. Bush did? “Rise above it” and all that crap? How did that work out for GWB? Screw the ****** Media. The Media in this country is Public Enemy Number One.
