I really like how Cruz shut down the govt in 2013
Fought and won for religious liberty
Fought and won for states rights in execution of illegal immigrant murderers
Fought and won against trump in Iowa and other states.
I’m very pleased that Cruz has kept his promises.
He is far better than any other Texas senator and the best candidate we have had for president in a long time.

Believe those polls at your peril. According to those same polls Kasich does better than Cruz and he only won 1 state.
Cruz came in 3rd in FL, VA and Ohio. He didn’t win one district in SC. He only managed 43% in his home state. He is polling a distant 3rd in NY and PA.
These are battleground states. What state is Cruz going to win that Romney didn’t? The answer is none and he will probably lose more.
He is popular in small sliver of Midwestern states and states that have arcane voting procedures. His appeal is to a small minority of the Republican party. His religious shtick and tough Cuban cowboy act doesn’t play well outside his narrow base.
He claims he is a Reagan Rupublican, but he lacks Reagan’s charisma. The reason why Reagan won is because he appealed to a vast majority of the American people. Cruz simply does not.
I think a lot of people criticize Cruz simply because he is an unlikeable a-hole. I think a more pertinent question at this time is why did he hire Neil Bush? I do not think he was given a choice. Cruz’s masters want to keep a short leash on him.
Romney lost because he wasn’t conservative enough.
Clinton is not nearly as popular as Obama.
It will be easy.

Cruz has benefitted from Trump taking all the flack. He has actually piled on. This so called “principled conservative” has taken the side of raving leftists for crying out loud.
In the general it will be worse. Cruz will be put under a microscope.
You are fooling yourself if you think running against Hillary will be a cakewalk.

These Cruz folk seem to be running a contest on who can tell the most outrageous lies about Trump. We need to call them out every single time!
