What we all must understand is primary voters are not voting for “human delegates”. They’re voting for “numbers”. If Trump wins all the “numbers” in New York that won’t stop the gopE machine from sending non Trump “human delegates” to the convention. On the second ballot all 95 go somewhere else.

What “wow”? It’s Donald’s home state and he’s at peak performance, and Cruz looks like he’s finished, and can’t recover from offending all those proud New Yorkers in order to rally the New York-hating heartland behind him. New York is a slam dunk for Trump.
I think it is fair to say most on this board had a very favorable opinion of Senator Cruz at the beginning of this. Trump aside during this primary I have been quite surprised at how my opinion of him has changed. So I get the naive part for those who don't pay that close of attention.
But for those on boards like these not to now see him for the just another politician that he is rather than this principled Reagan conservative fighter strains credulity.
There isn't a lot of charisma and excitement with Cruz - seem more like a stern theoretical lecture with lots of condescending sighing.
Trump is only 2 points behind hillary nationally in race for president. He has not even started yet. He has has a great week as Colorado has driven millions to his side against the RNC. Cruz is now in dismal 3rd in New York and Pennsylvania and kasick may not be legally nominated because he doesn’t have 8 state majority. He doesn’t have but one— so he is eliminated. Cruz is now despised as a liar and a thief and GOPe whore being used to disenfranchise the voters!! Great week!!
