Well, if this is the end of the GOP and the two hundred odd year Republic, one may as well listen to some good music.

May I suggest ?
a stirring Scarlet/Fire with a one time only improvisation in the lyrics where “Before the final ascent in Fire, Jerry sings “Let it burn, let it burn, let it burn”. That’s one of my favorite moments.”
An epic rendition of Morning Dew captured on film starts at the 6:45 mark and by 14:45 “I guess it doesn’t matter anyway,” sad as that is.
The song is a dialogue between the last man and woman left alive following an apocalyptic catastrophe: Dobson has stated that the initial inspiration for “Morning Dew” was the film On the Beach which is focused on the survivors of virtual global annihilation by nuclear holocaust.”
Thanks for introducing me to that song. I immediately downloaded it. I LOVE depressing music and that song is as depressing as it gets. It makes the song “DOA” by Bloodrock sound joyful in comparison and that’s pretty hard to do.
