It is clear that you don't have a clue either. The delegates that were selected in Colorado are Cruz delegates hand-picked by the Cruz campaign. They will be loyal to him in rounds 2, 3, 4, and so on. As for bypassing voters, it is clear that you also do not understand how state conventions work. These delegates were voted on by convention participants. Cruz didn't make up these rules. But he did recognize them for what they were. Sure, this was a setup to seat GOPe delegates. But the Cruz campaign worked their butts off to see that all GOPe delegates were defeated. Meanwhile, Trump sat on his ass and did nothing to thwart the GOPe in Colorado.
