United States District Judge Andrew S. Hanen issued injunction in Feb 2015 stopping Obama’s Executive Orders on immigration from being implemented by DHS directives.

Texas was lead Plaintiff, joined by many other states (Alabama etc.)

Obama seems to be somewhat ignoring the injunction and Plaintiffs are trying to get enforcement as well as to prevail in case.

HERE IS A QUOTE FROM one of the COURT’S earlier Orders in the case:
