There is no realistic possibility that foreign government officials received email from Hillary@Clintonmail.com and didn’t notice that it was a commercial server. There is no realistic possibility that they let that pass without hacking her email. Given that the top secret information she knowingly sent on that server was classified that highly because its release “would cause exceptionally grave damage to the security of the United States”, it is certain not only that Hillary jeopardized national security but also that her reckless efforts to dodge disclosure laws directly harmed our security.

Which means, as a practical matter, unless prosecutors can prove it was stolen. Which means, as a practical matter, that Hillary is safe unless someone who stole the classified material chooses to burn her.
