Directly and through surrogates, the Texas senator is aggressively reaching out to his Senate colleagues as he prepares for the possibility of a convention floor fight against Donald Trump. And Cruz’s emissaries on Capitol Hill are now signaling to senior Republicans that Cruz would be willing to work with them as the GOP nominee in a way Trump would not.

Cruz has always been a part of the establishment. He started off working in the Bush2 campaign, then the Bush2 administration, then ran as a senator from TX where the Bush machine is strongest. He’s got Neil Bush in his campaign, along with the complete Jeb finance team, he’s been endorsed by Jeb, as well as the Bushite Gramham. He’s rubbed the establishment the wrong way with his abrasive personality, that’s all.
He’s just a Stealth Bush.

He never really left ....it was a charade. And, the GOPe sees Cruz as the only way to save the Republican Party - a private empire that has repeatedly betrayed us and squandered our hard earned money.
Why anyone thinks we should vote Cruz to save the Republican Party is beyond me.
Make no mistake - a sCruz Administration would be Dubya Part II. Do we really, truly want that? I know I sure as hell don't, and I fought awful hard for Dubya.
