Planned Parenthood case should be prosecuted
San Jose Mercury News ^ | 04/07/2016 | Mercury News Editorial

Posted on 04/08/2016 6:07:01 AM PDT by artichokegrower

David Daleiden is not a reporter. His grossly misleading, politically irresponsible videos purporting to implicate Planned Parenthood in illegal behavior make that clear. It's an insult to responsible journalism.

The only question Attorney General Kamala Harris needs to answer for her investigators' raid of Daleiden's home Tuesday is: What took her so long?

At one time in this country slavery was not against the law. Should the horrors of that institution not been exposed?

No government money, no planned parenthood. That would be good riddance.

Just one person can stop all this. Quietly agree during jury selection. Never say a single thing prolife or about church. Say you are open minded and that its important for people to follow the law as it is written.

Then in the jury room, vote to acquit. Remember, you must deliberate and argue. So do so, but have your mind firmly cemented. Jury nullification, it ain’t just for OJ.

Undercover reporting is a powerful tool, but it is used only rarely.

They do this every week on "60 Minutes." When is the F.B.I. going to raid their offices?

Yea, because you apparently have to be a licensed reporter to report stuff.

To paraphrase Newman (Seinfeld): You control the WORLD, when you control information’. How prescient of Seinfeld’s writers.

Parsing the first paragraph:

David Daleiden is not a reporter.

He is not in the liberal club we call "reporters", therefore he should not be allowed to present people's own words and actions as evidence showing their complicity in criminal activity!!!

His grossly misleading,

He dared to surreptitiously film Planned Parenthood executives discussing illegal acts - VOLUNTARILY discussing them! I mean, it's not like he put sparklers under the edge of a car when he staged a crash test to show how that kind of car just spontaneously explodes on impact! Errr, um... Wait...

politically irresponsible

HE VIOLATED A LIBERAL SHIBBOLETH! Burn the witch! He turned me into a NEWT!

I mean, reporters simply MUST obey the liberal dictates when they report the "truth" as they (and they alone) see it!

videos

Of actual PP executives, discussing illegal acts

purporting to implicate Planned Parenthood in illegal behavior make that clear.

The actual words and attitudes of those actual PP execs admitting to illegal acts DO NOT "implicate" PP in illegal acts! DANGIT!

It's an insult to responsible journalism.

By which, of course, we mean responsibly liberal!

David Daleiden is not a reporter.

He's an American citizen. That alone is enough to have one lynched by the left.

The number of judges or justices is not Constitutionally set. Increase the number of Judges in all appeals courts, and Supreme Court to 11. Then, pack ‘em.
