I agree. He has taken the word “folks”, which to me has always implied a sort of down home friendliness, and applied it to the most evil people on the planet. Either he is completely ignorant of the meaning of the word, or he has a positive view of terrorists, dictators, and thugs. In either case, it does not reflect well on him.
