It’s remarkable that he claims blacks commit so much more crime that the totally neutral ( and prudent) running of criminal checks is necessarily “racist” if they’re run on those rental applicants who happen to be black. Sorry, Obama, but it would be racist NOT to run checks on just one race of applicants. Your argument falls apart — and it’s seriously demeaning, insulting to black people for you to assume that they’re all or mostly criminals.
