Hillary broke every known Foreign Service Regulation and Foreign Service guidance on this subject. People were reprimanded simply for leaving a document on a desk in a secure area, a safe unlocked, sending a wrong piece of equipment back secure dip pouch, for forwarding working documents at the SBU level to their own private yahoo or hotmail accounts, and the Obama administration is know to operate early on with private commercial accounts under false names to conduct official government business.
