Is that how the DNC convention rules work?

Bingo.

There is indeed more than the FBI responsible for investigating security breaches.

Look at what was going on:

Originating classifiers (Sec of State) not following the how-to-classify/what level-to-classify-to guidelines,

Taking off /instructing to take off security markings on docs,

Storing classified material on a non-secure PC

Storing classified material in a non-secure location (at home, not in a special location).

All the above are violations of the agreements she had to sign.

And there’s a govt department that is set up just to investigate this sort of behavior.

Indict

Concict

Sentence

Felonies are a disqualifier from holding the office of President.

The Bitch waddles into the WH in 2017 and anyone who has ever so much as criticized her is royally f***ed.

My guess is they’re waiting for the primary season to wrap. If she loses, she’s toast. If she wins, she’ll get a pass.

Certain crimes have no statute of limitations. Treason is one of them.

I’m on record here saying that Hillary is about to have severe medical issues that take her out of the race and preclude prosecution. She will get a blanket pardon as Obama leaves office.

Sanders actually has a shot at the nomination if details of the corruption are leaked to the media. FWIW, does anyone else think it’s odd the Panama papers just came out and her buddy Blumenthal is linked? My guess isenough of the super delegates are going to bolt once they learn out massive the corruption is.

That means the Democrats have to come up with an alternative to Sanders very fast.

First of all, Boston Globe, the FBI doesn’t work by giving press conferences, and you don’t know the scope of their investigation, so you can’t tell if they’re slow or fast.

Secondly, it’s not unreasonable to believe that the Globe is a propaganda arm of Team Clinton, and as such are working to drive public perception towards the view that WHAT is being investigated is a simple technical question of rulebreaking with a “yes” or “no” answer, so what’s taking so long?

I rather think the investigation is of wide scope and covers the doings of an international criminal syndicate over a period of 15 years, with the emails simply a window into the affairs of the criminal conspiracy to commit tax evasion, money laundering, bribery, racketeering and perhaps blackmail.

These things take time.

Can you get a pardon without a conviction?

“That means the Democrats have to come up with an alternative to Sanders very fast”

The 2016 Dem ticket is Biden/Warren, chosen six months ago.

“Can you get a pardon without a conviction?”

Sure, Nixon got a pardon for any crimes he may have committed without ever being charged, never mind convicted.

According to what?

That means Sanders will go third party. As long as the Republicans don’t drive Trump out, they own the presidency.

Wrong question.

Did she allow classified information to be compromised?

Nixon was pardoned by Gerald Ford before the impeachment trial, and all further legal actions were short circuited.

I have NEVER said this before, but Bernie is going to win. He just promised to make slavery "reparations", so now the blacks will FLOCK to him and leave Hillary.

Bernie has every college aid kid and their parents in his back pocket by promising "FREE COLLEGE"....then he has a ton more in his pocket because he says "FREE HEALTH CARE".....He LOVES abortion, so there goes the women who love to kill their own kids. He is even going to win the general election. Who Knew??
