The country would be better off if both major parties ceased to exist. Maybe what’s happening now is the start of that. The bosses of both parties have only contempt for the People. The People appear to finally be waking up to that fact.
Political parties are handy for people who don’t understand the issues. You just vote for your team and go about your business. But in the information age, there are fewer and fewer people who don’t understand the issues. Americans know they’re being screwed.
