On Tuesday I published a short post about the key arguments of climate-change skeptics while also pointing out that some 98 percent of published scientists in the field believe human-caused climate change is indeed happening and must be addressed.
For years the two sides have been talking - or yelling - past one another, which benefits none of us. As expected, the post brought forth a wave of comments from readers. Many lambasted me for providing a forum for the "lunatics" who deny human-caused climate change. Climate skeptics, on the other hand, chastised me for only presenting their more simplistic arguments.
While the skeptics haven't convinced me, their counter-arguments have provided me with some valuable food for thought. All of which leads back to my original reason for writing about this subject: that we'd all be better off if we could stop talking past one another.

H2O: Dangerous Chemical!
A student at Eagle Rock Junior High won first prize at the Greater Idaho Falls Science Fair, April 26. He was attempting to show how conditioned we have become to alarmists practicing junk science and spreading fear of everything in our environment. In his project he urged people to sign a petition demanding strict control or total elimination of the chemical “dihydrogen monoxide.”
And for plenty of good reasons, since:
1.it can cause excessive sweating and vomiting
2.it is a major component in acid rain
3.it can cause severe burns in its gaseous state
4.accidental inhalation can kill you
5.it contributes to erosion
6.it decreases effectiveness of automobile brakes
7.it has been found in tumors of terminal cancer patients
He asked 50 people if they supported a ban of the chemical.
•Forty-three (43) said yes,
•six (6) were undecided,
•and only one (1) knew that the chemical was water.
The title of his prize winning project was, “How Gullible Are We?”
He feels the conclusion is obvious.
The 98% claim is bullcrap. They come to that number by counting high school science teachers and liberal activists as “climate scientists”. The real truth is that there are tens of thousands of scientists who disagree with the man-caused warming religion.

The only argument we should be having is whether that is a good thing or a bad thing. Personally, I like it warmer. So does almost everything we depend on for a food supply.
They always say the 98% or so scientists in the field, when there were only a handful of them and the rest were scientists outside the domain signing this Bs report.
So the output of the sun is immeasurable next to human output. The sun had been something like 35% hotter. Joe Bastardy shows graphs of the total knowledge of earth temperatures and if forms a waveform that looks like it is ready to start a downward trend and may make nest couple years colder than normal. I am a denier buy no one has any proof that humans have any effect on temperature?

The irony is this puke reporter would have nothing to write about if the ‘skeptics’ were not speaking up about the climate hoax.
Douglas Perry, another member of the scumbag media, who is not a scientist, who chastises people for being upset with liars that want to use a false scientific ideology to control industries, and idiotically would have no role at all if it were not for the provocateurs behind a climate hoax.

Yeah, but you have to realize 96% of the US population is public “schooled”. The vast majority of that 96% are dumber than a sack of hammers.

My questions to those who support AGW, and I would truly like them answered unless they are ‘beliefs’ like #1.
1. So there is 100% zero doubt in your mind the supposed scientists could be wrong? Just like the earth is round and it orbits the sun, AGW is 100% rock solid truth, zero room for error??
2. Can you point me to the scientists, the documents and their research? Where is it?
3. Scientists also claim the earth is 4 billion years old, how far back can we accurately predict what happened then versus now?
4. Can you give examples of what is happening to the planet, its resources and tie that directly to AGW? Please show cause and effect, not simple correlation.
Feel free to add cuz my kids are now convinced it’s happening. Thanks public education.
