The title of article says it all but then we all knew that already.

Otherwise known as uniting the party? They’ll all have to come together eventually if we’re going to win. Trump should be doing the same thing - looking for support within the party apparatus.

HAHA, dont forget a few months ago when Trump critized Cruz for NOT working with the GOPe and Dems, and he promised to work with both groups.

Months ago :”Vote for Don BECAUSE he will work with the GOPe, who hates Cruz, not one is supporting him”

Now :”Vote for Don, because Cruz is being supported by the GOPe”

If you don’t win then it doesnt matter how ‘perfect’ you are, because you wont even have a seat at the table.

I have far more faith that Cruz will listen to voters than Trump will.

From the start, this has been a fight to see who gets to be the standard-bearer for the Party of Betrayal.

Cruz cozies up to D.C. establishment

More like they are cozying up to him in a futile effort to retain some sort of relevance.

He’s getting cozy with more than just the establishment.

Back then Trump said it was bad to not have them, now he says its bad to have them. Trump's rules.

Trump: Cruz 'should be ashamed' by lack of senator endorsements( February 25, 2016,the Hill video at link)

Cruz sell out to GOPe basically. IF he become president, nothing will change

I remember many months ago, Conservatives on here were debating on where establishment would end up. All the Cruz supporters seem to think they will end up with Trump because he’s no Conservative. They’re wrong. the GOPe hate Trump more than they hate Cruz because he’s the only one that will upset the status quo

Cozying up? Receiving reluctant endorsements from the RINOs is not ‘cozying up’. Trump has plenty of establishment endorsements himself, and I certainly wouldn’t say something asinine like he is part of the establishment.

The title of article says it all but then we all knew that Cruz is the only true conservative and is doing what needs to
be done to win. However some fools think he’s establishment
and would rather cut off their nose to spite their face than
have to admit it. Pathetic.

Politico knows how to play the fools.

Title is a gross miss representation.

More like, the establishment, when all of their other favorite candidates failed, decided to reluctantly support Cruz over Trump.

LOL, the GOPe is “cozying up” to Cruz in the same way a Mafia loan shark “cozies” up to a client - supplies the client with plenty of cash and ends up owning the client by eventually making him an offer he can’t refuse.

Puppet-Show Ted and his wide-eyed flock are tools.

Voting for Cruz is like voting for the same (establishment) and expecting a different result.

Unless Cruz is selling out to the establishment by signing vows in blood, they will not select him as the nominee, should Trump fail to get the 1237.

If Cruz is signing vows in blood, that means he is secretly turning against the conservatives, as so many other politicians have done in the last decade. The big question is: what issues is he selling out on? Amnesty? TPP? Obamacare? Open borders? Delaying any building of the fence (money supposedly was appropriated under GWB, but has not been used for its intended purpose, neither under GWB or OHB)?

In related news: ANOTHER STATE REJECTS KASICH.
