It may be time for U.S. Sen. Dianne Feinstein to retire. She is making her fellow pro-abortion legislators look bad.
Even the liberal mainstream media couldn’t give the California Senator a pass earlier this week when she struggled to mention even one accomplishment of her favorite presidential candidate, Hillary Clinton.
During an interview with The San Francisco Chronicle on Tuesday, Feinstein was asked to name one of Clinton’s signature accomplishments during her time in the U.S. Senate, according to the Free Beacon.
“Golly, I forget what bills she’s been part of or authored,” Feinstein told the newspaper’s editorial board.
Feinstein, who recently endorsed Clinton for president, told the newspaper that she was caught off guard by the question.
“I didn’t really come prepared to discuss this,” she said. “But she’s been a good senator. There are things outside of bills that you can do, and I know that she’s done them for her state.”
According to the report, Feinstein then directed an aid to “get on Google” and find some of Clinton’s accomplishments.
But, the Free Beacon noted, Clinton had very few accomplishments during her tenure in the Senate from 2001 to 2009:
Feinstein, who was elected in 1992, said that Clinton did not work in the Senate long enough “to achieve the degree of seniority that affords her the ability to do more.” The California lawmaker did argue that Clinton helped New York City secure $20 billion to rebuild after the 9/11 terror attacks.

During her eight years in Congress, three bills that Clinton sponsored became law. The statutes were noncontroversial and established a historic site, a post office, and highway in New York. Clinton also cosponsored 74 bills that ultimately became law.
Feinstein meanwhile authored and passed the 1994 assault weapons ban within the first two years of her time in the Senate, The Chronicle noted.
Feinstein’s comments did what the mainstream media often fails to do – expose the truth about Clinton’s record. They have consistently given Clinton a pass on her radical stance on abortion which is out of touch with most Americans, while attacking pro-life candidates.
If elected, Clinton has promised to overturn the Hyde Amendment, forcing Americans to fund abortions with tax dollars; and she openly opposes restrictions on late-term abortions when babies are viable outside the womb. Most Americans don’t stand with Clinton on these issues.
Feinstein, too, has a radical pro-abortion position. Feinstein voted against partial birth abortion bans in 1995, 1997, 2000, and 2003. Likewise, Clinton defended partial-birth abortion earlier this year in an interview.

Yeah, like awarding lucrative contracts to her friends and donors.

Her accomplishment was to put miles on US Government Aircraft - that’s it. Well, she also lost $6Billion which has gone unaccounted (is anyone checking the Clinton Crime Family Slush Fund?). She cackled over the murder of Muammar Gaddafi with no follow-up plan for US-friendly succession. She probably was in a plane crash of a C-12 Huron US Government plane, while possibly laying the groundwork for Kerry’s failed deal with the Islamic Republic of Iran. So, yeah, she had a few accomplishments.
Her “accomplishment” is not being a conservative, just as Obama’s “accomplishment” was not being Bush.
I think he had more that just a +1, wasn’t that the whole issue?

Herself has probably run one of the more successful donation-collection scams in the history of elected officials, through the Clinton Family Foundation, that apparently can collect huge receipts for short, rambling “talks” before dozens of foreign interests, while exchanging “insider” knowledge from the US State Department and to a lesser degree, from a number of other US government sources.
Outside of that, probably not very much that would be anything that could be boasted about, political or financial.
She can trade cattle futures! (with a little help from her friends at the Chicago Merc).

Ms. Feinstein is really stupid as we all thought. Why, Hillary Clinton’s has obviously accomplished a great deal. She has illegally lined her pockets with a lot of cash and, so far, successfully flouted the law about it. For decades, actually.
Now that there is an accomplishment.

Diane Emiel Goldman Berman Fineswine Blum has made her 4th husband , Tricky Dicky Blum, a billionaire by getting government real estate contracts (and the Jerry Brown Train to Nowhere) steered to him w/o any competiton. She has done inestimable damage to our country. Every once in a while I wonder how we would have faired if Dan White had taken her out along with George Moscone (who was as big a POS as she is). The other one who’s fixed things so as to line her husband’s pockes is Nazi D’Alessandro Pelosi (daughter of a mayor of Baltimore, MD who went to jail for corruption). Paul Pelosi, like Dicky Blum has become a billionaire thanks to his wife.
Try the same question on Obama. The man has literally accomplished nothing in his life worthy of admiration.
His entry into Harvard? Color.
His election to the Illinois Senate? Color.
His election to be President? Color.
Barack the man is a nothing and a nobody. If he were white, we would never even have heard his name.
This kind of stuff makes me think that Hillary as president would be about as remarkable as Hillary taking over health care in 1993.

Low-information Sen. Feinstein, along with likewise low-information former Senator Clinton, are excellent examples why the the ill-conceived 17th Amendment should never have been ratified.
Regarding Hillary’s so-called accomplishments, as far as I can tell she has worked her way up the political ladder with the constitutionally indefensible assurance to voters that the feds will pay for abortions, the states having never delegated to the feds, expressly via the Constitution, the power to regulate, tax and spend for abortions.
