NYU’s pro-Trump students fear for their safety — and grades.
They may be flooding caucus rooms across the country, but Donald Trump supporters at NYU keep their heads down, mouths shut and their correspondence secret.
Lying in class about their political beliefs and keeping online conversations strictly private are typical precautions taken by The Donald’s badly outnumbered followers on campus.
“Supporters generally try to keep it hidden from the rest of the student body,” said junior Dylan Perera, 22. “They’re afraid of losing friends, being ridiculed in class, getting worse grades and are even afraid of being assaulted and physically hurt.”

Are there Freepers in NYC who could give these kids a hand? This is the future of conservatism and they need to know they are supported. To be able to meet and speak out is the basis of American government, so whether you support trump is moot. Leftist totalitarians are taking our rights away.
Weeks ago I posted that the demonization of Trump as a racist and sexist was intended to bring just this kind of fear; despite the numbers he has racked up in primaries, I see very few bumper stickers, law signs, etc. - his support must be muted in public.
NYU is a freak show anyway; they’re better off jump bowing their heads and keeping their thoughts to themselves. They knew what the school was when they applied.
This is their description:

And here comes a guy (Trump) saying he is going to put a stop to that. And what do they do? Protest him even MORE viciously. They are the biggest effin' hypocrites going.

NYU students have no monopoly on that stance, I have four grandchildren who are all “conservatives” and excellent students (straight A’s) and every one of them has at one time or another told me they keep their politics to themselves in the class rooms and on the campus. They are “Thinkers”
Poor grades. Assaulted. ....Seems to me these are the kids who need a “Safe Place”.
Arm them. Arm them before they wear their trump hats/buttons. The left is in favor of free speech ONLY if it’s speech they agree with.
More than ever we need the 2nd to protect the 1st.
And we need to support all the people, students and adults who stand up and say what they believe.
We are about six steps from being rounded up in the streets.
If we do not fight this demonization of conservatives we will all end up dead or silenced even more.

I find myself doing the same thing on Facebook, with my classmates and relatives...just not worth getting harangued...lame, I know, but...
I do the same thing at my work, can’t blame them!
What the schools and dept of education have done to this country is disgusting.
Sounds like these young men and women are smart and quick learners. When you’re in indian country, you keep your head down and mouth shut.
Still would be nice to have some freepers come along side of them, these are the kids who will make a new generation of Buckleys and others.
I want to see the other side in the exact same situation for a change, a permanent change. Either keep your mouth shut about your immoral, Godless beliefs and actions, or face horrific consequences. It’s time. I have a solution for all of this.

Why not inform them that history supports the fact that this is how Communism begins. Rather than hide and fear, they should stand and defend. Somebody is going to have to do it. After all, it’s their future. Carrying the baton of freedom is never easy.
The supporters of Satan’s daughter and Commie Sanders should be the ones hiding their faces in shame... if these murderous traitors had any.
Homosexuals come out of the closest; conservatives are forced into the closet for their own protection.
